- How is embroidery priced?
The cost to embroider a logo is based on how many stitches are in the finished design. The more stitches, the higher the price. Ask us for a quote!
- What is the minimum order for embroidered items?
Our minimum order is 6 embroidered pieces.
- With the 6 piece minimum for embroidery, do all the pieces have to be the same? Could it be 2 jackets, 2 shirts and 2 tote bags?
Sure! We work hard to create just what you want. Our wide selection of garments and accessories gives you plenty of choices.
- Can I buy those 2 jackets, 2 shirts and 2 tote bags from you? Is there a minimum number of garments to buy?
Yes! You can buy those 2 jackets, 2 shirts and 2 totes from us! We currently do not have a minimum purchase for these types of garments and accessories.
- Are there items you CANNOT embroider?
Some fabrics are not sturdy enough to support the stitching. And, some items, like a turtleneck collar, can only have small logos with few stitches. Please ask us about the items you would like embroidered.
- Are PROMOTIONAL ITEMS and IMPRINTABLES the same thing?
Yes, those terms mean the same thing. Think of it this way: your logo or business name is imprinted on the promotional item.
- Regarding promotional items, what criteria should I use to pick an item?
Pick an item that is related to your business or useful to your customers. If your target market is gardeners, a kneeling pad is a good choice. For office workers, a mouse pad would be appropriate. We would be pleased to help you select the promotional item that will distinguish your company.
- What is the minimum order for promotional (imprintable) items?
That's a tough question. For most items, like water bottles, letter openers and rulers, you need to order at least 100. For larger quantities, the price per item will go down. With higher-end selections, the minimum order is often as low as 20 or 25 items.
